    I bought one of their bikes: it arrived four and a half months late, incomplete, badly painted, parts broken, poorly designed, clearly had never been put together, no spares (as had been agreed) no instructions (as had been agreed) and frame twisted. They may as well have sent me a picture and told me to put together myself.
    When I complained they suggested I found a bicycle mechanic and then ignored me.
    Looks great though.
